Our availability depends on the size and scope of your project. For smaller jobs, such as painting a single room, we may be available as soon as the next day after approval. For larger projects, such as renovations, scheduling may take a few weeks—especially if permits are required before starting.

Estimate turnaround times vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Generally:

• Smaller projects: Within 48 hours
• Larger projects: Up to one week

1) Deposit Payment: A 30% deposit is required to secure your project. Payments can be sent to our office at:📍 5 Hillcrest Drive, Suite B202, Frederick, MD 21703

2) Site Preparation: Please ensure that the work area is cleared before our team arrives.

3) Scheduling Confirmation: Paint Array will follow up with a tentative start date for your project.

Our standard payment structure is as follows:

• 30% deposit to secure your project
• 40% progress payment during the work
• 30% final payment upon project completion

Paint Array accepts the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Check (Mail to: 5 Hillcrest Drive, Suite 202B, Frederick, MD 21703 or arrange for pickup)
• Credit Card* (In-person only)
• PayPal* (info@paintarray.com)
• Venmo* (@Paint-Array)

All payments will be documented and included in invoice statements. For PayPal and Venmo transactions, receipts are automatically sent by third-party service providers.

*Please note: Payments made via credit card, PayPal, or Venmo will include a 3% service fee, which will be reflected on your final invoice.
